janna michaela is a one-woman business. In 2019 I started with a ceramics class to try and find my next new hobby. I started working with clay and loved making my first creations. Since then I worked in various studios until I decided to create my own studio at home in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. And now, after selling my work via my Instagram page, I finally took the step to begin a small webshop. I wanted to create a space where I could “dump” all of my ideas and makings. So welcome to my creative space! Hope you like what you see.

collections
I plan on working with collections. You can buy what i sell on here or you can pre-order creations which I will then begin to make. All products will be unique and can therefore vary (a little) from the pictured product. I will keep my stock filled as long as I can keep up with my orders. Since I will only work with specific collections in my webshop, you can see my full portfolio on my Instagram page.

sustainability
I am trying to pay attention to my impact on the environment and am therefore focusing on using sustainable packaging where possible. I will be packaging all items in cardboard boxes (recycled where possible) with paper packing tape. The creations will be wrapped in reusable bubble wrap and the boxes will be filled with biodegradable void filler.

delivery & returns
As it takes time to create, make and package everything I try to ship your order in two weeks. Since this is very much a one-woman show (with a lot of support and encouragement from friends and family), I ask for your kindness if it takes a little longer. I will update you along the way.  For the time being i will only deliver in the Netherlands via my webshop. If you want something shipped international please contact me via my contactform. We can always work something out.

I will be packaging each item with as much care and protection as possible, but in the unfortunate event that your creation gets damaged during transit, please let me know within 7 days.
